    We do not offer refunds on digital products once they are delivered, as access is immediate.
    Dropshipped physical products are eligible for replacement if damaged or defective upon arrival.
    Custom designs and services are non-refundable once work has started.

    All physical products on our site are fulfilled via dropshipping vendors.
    Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery depending on location. Tracking information will be provided when available.
    Delays due to weather, postal issues, or vendor supply chain disruptions are beyond our control, but we’ll assist as best we can.

    Because our items are made to order or delivered digitally, all sales are final.
    However, if your dropship item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 803-271-0194 with photos and a description.
